This policy explains how we process and deliver orders from Yum Yum Bubble Tea through yumyumbubbletea.co.za or our South African stores. Orders with perishable items like bubble tea kits or tapioca pearls may need extra time for proper packaging to stay fresh. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery time. If there’s an issue, like an out-of-stock item, we’ll contact you within 1 business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We use trusted couriers to deliver within South Africa. Shipping costs depend on your address, order weight, and delivery speed, and will be shown at checkout. Perishable items may require expedited shipping to maintain quality, which could affect the cost. Promotional offers, such as free shipping, may apply to certain orders and will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Delivery Areas and Times
We deliver across South Africa. Major cities like Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban typically receive orders in 2-5 business days from dispatch. Remote areas may take 5-7 business days. Perishable items are sent via faster delivery (1-3 business days in cities) to stay fresh. Delays may occur due to couriers, weather, or holidays.

Perishable Goods
Bubble tea kits and tapioca pearls are packed to stay fresh during shipping. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as perishable items may spoil if left unattended. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 2 days for a replacement or refund, as per our Refunds and Returns Policy.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within South Africa. If this changes, we’ll update this policy.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order ships. Track your order on the courier’s website or contact us if you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost or delayed, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@yumyumbubbletea.co.za. We’ll work with the courier to find your package or offer a replacement or refund. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or unexpected events like strikes.
